1) Ruffle Trim Pillows- I've picked up the cutest ruffle trim striped pillows lately! First my Grace Harris Collection block print ruffle pillow covers that I shared earlier this week, and now look at these striped cuties!
Sadly, this size sold out before I could share with you, but good news that this print is also available in a 16x24 size. Love that size for chairs or the middle of a bed or front of a pillow stack on the bed. The description says "Orange Striped" for the color, but I think it's a very reddish orange and could totally pass for red depending on what you mix it with. Either way it's adorable! I found some other fantastic things from H&M home right now, too. I have some hot pink pillow covers from Ikea that are no longer available and I always get asked about them- these look like a near perfect match! I added a monogram to mine, there are other good solid colors to choose from too. Also, these green and hot pink throws are a great find- it's rare to find pieces like this that are "my" colors in just the right shade, these are winners! Some things that caught my eye- (click on photo for more info.)
These 6" hot pink ornaments are just right, they come in several colors and are 50% off right now! I also loved these confetti style ornaments and got some of those too- also 1/2 off.
There are so many other good ornaments sets in great color mixes too, I like these mini ones to fill in holes when I do a big bowl of ornaments. I'll link below along with some Christmas houses that are fantastic too. The felt ones are so sweet and are very well made for a bargain!
3) Sparkly Bow Heels- Don't close that Target cart just yet! These shoes... be still my heart! I really wanted to like these similar ones but I've tried them on and the bows are just TOO large- they drag on the floor and I honestly thought I would trip on them. Too bad, they would have been SO good otherwise! However, these are perfection! And, they have a nice memory foam insole and are actually very comfortable. My friend bought these similar ones and wore them for hours and hours at an event, she went on and on about how comfortable they were too. These are fun not only for the holidays, but for any special event year round. They'll have a permanent spot in my closet!
4) Affordable Ribbon- Tis the season for allllll of the ribbon and bows! This gingham ribbon is my go-to not only at Christmas but year round. I have it in 3 colors and it's a large 50 yard roll that will last a long time. Decorating, gifts, wreaths... so many spots to use it.
I saw this sequin holly ribbon in store the other day and it's gorgeous! It honestly seemed like for the 4" width and materials it should have been much more expensive. Hard to tell in the photo but the white almost has a raw silk texture to it, very nice!
I picked up this 1/2" velvet ribbon the other day. It's a deal, but it's one sided and a little stiff. I still think it's worth it but it would probably be best for little gifts, treat bags, or I think I'll use some on my porch trees. Here are the links for the green, red, and hot pink- the web photos are terrible but colors are better/true in real life.
Walmart has some other fabulous holiday ribbon this year- selections will vary and some of these pictured might only be in store, but here's an idea of some that I really like. I linked what I could all together here.
5) Fair Isle Sweater- We had the best Women's event at church last night with Jen Wilkin as our speaker. So good to see so many ladies and spend the evening with friends, Kenzi and a group of her friends joined us too! It was called "Fall•le•lu•jah" and the team decorated everything so cute for Fall, it was the perfect chance to wear this sweater! I linked to it last week in FFF but hadn't worn it yet, it's a winner! When trying on I found it to be pretty fitted and hit right at the waist, so I sized up for the more relaxed fit that I wanted.
A note on my jeans... I've shared with you multiple times, love them! This is not how they look in photo- I love the fit so much but wanted a cropped pair, so I ordered a petite and cut off the finished hem. (I ordered the petite so I wouldn't be cutting off the silhouette of the slight flare at the bottom.) They will fray when you wash them.
That's it for this week, have a great weekend!
