FIVE FRIDAY FAVORITES

Happy Friday everyone!  I've found some great things to share with lately, enjoy!

I found a couple of new sweaters on Amazon that I'm loving!  I'm SO excited to find this sweater , it's a near perfect dupe to one of my favorite $$$ Free People sweaters!

The pink sweater on the left is my $150 FP sweater (I bought it on sale years ago and it's been a great buy that I've been so happy with, but still $$).  I'd been wanting it in another color but I've been waiting on a good sale again, so when I came across this one on Amazon at a fraction of the cost I was thrilled to try it. The neck is the same style, identical wide cuffs on the sleeve, identical seam across the back, identical horizontal ribbing... the only difference is the dupe is a different fabric content and it's slightly longer.  It's super soft and still a nice weight, though not quite as thick/heavy as the FP sweater.  It's technically advertised as  "dress"... for me it's a tunic sweater- ha!  I'm 5'7" and it's still more than long enough for leggings.  If you're more petite it probably could be a dress! Definitely size down, I'm wearing a small and it's still very roomy.

This cream sweater is just a great relaxed basic.  I love the tunic length and relaxed side slits, and there's a seam down the back that adds a more expensive looking detail.  It's a nice cotton blend that comes in several colors, and there's a $3 coupon available for it right now making it only $27!

*Bonus- I've worn those cropped frayed hem jeans 3 times this week and they're $20 right now!  They're the perfect ecru/winter white color.  I would recommend sizing down if you're in between, they do stretch out as you wear them.  If you're a cardholder, you get 50% off site wide right now with code JINGLE!  Here are my recent ON purchases that I'm loving, and it's a great time to restock on jeans for the guys, too! Scroll left to right and click for details. Dark jeans are showing up in one of the images, but those are actually velvet and I bought the winter white color.  The pink sherpa sweatshirt also comes in lots of colors-the gray leopard prints are fun!

Lately, we can't ever seem to find a lighter that works properly.  I buy them by the multipack, but every one we try never seems to light despite still being half way full of fuel.  So, I was intrigued when I stumbled across these lighters.  It's an electric arc coil lighter that's fully rechargeable with a USB cable!  Genius!  I bought both the straight, standard version and one with a flexible neck for those hard to reach candles, and everyone in the family is looking for things to light now so we can use this cool little gadget- ha!

My daughter has been wanting a pair of black chunky heel boots that are all the rage this season, but the only ones we've come across are $100+.  We were thrilled to find these for $39!  (Psst... don't say anything if you know her, these were on her Christmas list!)

And bonus... this week they're buy one get one 50% off, so I just might have found this brown fur lined pair for myself as well.  The heel is a comfortable height and they're lined with faux sheepskin all through the shaft, SO cozy!

While we're talking boots, I also ordered this pair in black and it should arrive soon. Can't beat the $26 price tag and they have tons of near-perfect reviews!

If you follow me on Instagram you might recall the massive ice storm that hit Oklahoma a couple of weeks ago.  There was widespread devastating tree damage, and my parents especially had a lot of damage to their thick oak trees.  We spent a family day helping to clear everything and I was reminded of two of the handiest things to have for yard/leaf cleanup- an Easy Bagger and Leaf Hands!  (Either of these would make a great gift for that hard-to-buy-for person in your life!)

The Easy Bagger is a flat, flexible thick plastic sheet that you can roll up and slip inside a large trash bag. Then, it unrolls itself to the size of the bag and holds itself up so you can easily fill the bag.  When the bag is full, there are handles cut out of the sheet so you just pull and slide it out.  SO easy!  Where was this thing all those years my sister and I raked leaves and got a face full of leaf dust while holding the bag open for someone else?  😂  Leaf Hands slip on your hands like huge paddles to make it so easy to pick up large handfuls of leaves or debris.  My parents have used both of these at their house for years but I definitely want them on my wish list this year too, some of those "didn't know I needed it until I had it" items for sure!

Speaking of that pink sweater that I mentioned earlier, I have two bright pink sweaters and I always get questions about them when I wear them.  (This is from last week- we made our last college visit with our daughter!  She's still praying and deciding...)

But of course, mine are both several years old so longer available.  I was so happy to find this one to share, and it's a $20 bargain to boot!  I shared it on Instagram earlier this week and my darling college friend sent me a video wearing hers as soon as she received it. She gave it rave reviews and immediately ordered other colors!  And I did too.  :)   They are meant to be roomy and oversized, I bought my normal size. And then I saw a couple of others that I had to have too-  (I bought the slimmer striped sweater but the oversized one is cute too! Click on images for details.)
