I'll grab a dress 95% of the time over shorts and a t-shirt in the Summer. They're just so easy and cool! I've found some good ones lately. You won't believe this under $10 t-shirt dress. The french terry fabric is thick but not heavy and it has pockets!! I like the fabric so much better than some other jersey knit swing dresses I have. Actually, it's clearanced out and very limited online, but I wanted to share it with you anyway because you can probably still find it in store. (If you're in store, just be sure you're getting the french terry fabric- there's another of the same style usually on the same rack and the fabric is awful and clingy). But yay, I just looked and it seems they have a Fall version with 3/4 length sleeves out now. The commenters say it has pockets too!
I've had this round marble board on my wish list for a while. I can picture using it on my counter under a fruit bowl, plant, and candle, or almost like a tray for a centerpiece. It's hard to realize unless you've seen it in person, but it's 20" in diameter... that's huge!
This Gingham Top was a pleasant surprise! The fabric is thick and has nice body to it. With mixed reviews on sizing, I sized up one and am happy with it. It can also be worn unbelted for a swing fit, or I think it would be cute layered over a crisp white button up or under a jacket for Fall. It comes in several colors, I had a hard time choosing. Good staple piece for the price!

I told you, I've been wearing dresses a lot lately! Another winner, this red floral dress. True to size, but I'd size up if you're busty and I think the length on mine shrunk a tiny bit in the wash, so launder carefully. After I wore it I liked it so much I ordered it in blue, too! And I love this color way, but all I can think is that it looks like a big Pioneer Woman dinner plate... ha! But speaking from experience, you'll get tons of compliments from total strangers on this dress!
By the way those slide sandals are from the same place but are all sold out in this color, they still have them in white though! These are really similar in tan and also have the cute cane detail across the top.
I don't remember the last time I've worn a headband, but recently I was buying a few things (probably the dress and shoes above!) and was a few dollars short for free shipping, so I added this TWO DOLLAR one to my cart on a whim. And surprisingly, I love it! It is comfortable and doesn't slip off... stays in place. There are lots of other styles available too, I think I'll try another the next time I order!
**Edited to add: I just made a quick trip to check out the Dillard's clearance sale this weekend, and scooped up these shoes! They're an affordable alternative to the pricey Tory Burch Miller sandals. Love this brand, they are available in several colors, and are marked down to $33!! Snag some, I wanted to share them with you while they're extra % off this weekend! The "Saddle" is under a different link (not pictured here) but is also a great colorway to carry into Fall.
