Wishing each and every one of you a blessed Christmas and holiday season, filled with comfort and His peace! I rest in that thought daily, knowing that no matter what, while we celebrate the baby Jesus born in a manger, He is now on His throne and in control of even the smallest details of our lives.
I thought I'd take the opportunity to share a few family photos we had taken a couple of weeks ago. For the record, it was about 35 degrees, so if our hands look a little clenched and faces frozen... they were! :) How perfect will this fun graffiti wall backdrop be framed in my house? We always do casual photos, so I wanted some with us all dressed up this time, and I love the contrast of the graffiti and our Sunday best.
Thank you all for continuing to read post after post. Each time I wonder if this is worth all of the time and effort spent, I receive the sweetest encouraging comment at just the right time to keep me going. You all are completely the reason I continue to share here, and I'm truly grateful for your faithful support and encouragement! Merry Christmas, sweet friends. I'll see you in 2017!
But the angel said to them "Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all people, for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:10-11
P.S. If you're local to OKC and don't have a church home, we'd love to have you join us for our Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning services! Service times and details here.
