Jen's Picks {1-Mirrors}

Happy Friday everyone!  It seems like this week totally flew by.  They keep getting faster and faster.  I'm out of town for a few days for our State Women's Conference.  Excited about hearing some great speakers!

I thought I'd start a little series, hopefully weekly, where I'll choose a category and show you my favorite finds.  I enjoy so many different decor styles and this is my way of being able to showcase some of those.  I don't claim to be a design expert and really don't know much in the way of design trends, these are just things I like!

A little disclaimer...most of these are priced higher than I would be willing to pay, but if you're a good shopper you can find very similar things at Hobby Lobby, Garden Ridge, TJ Maxx or Homegoods, or even antique stores or flea markets.

Target-$19.99

Ballard Designs $139

I have a mirror really similar to this one that I found at TJ Maxx-
Kirkland's-$129.99
Home Decorators Collection-$219

Pottery Barn-$79.00-$99.00
Ballard Designs-$339

Ballard Designs-$39.00-$169.00

 Kirklands-$79.99

Pottery Barn-$399

Z Gallerie-$269

Inviting Home-$4500 (cough, cough!)

West Elm-$329

Home Decorators Collection-$249

Home Decorators Collection-$319

And, probably my all time favorite-

Z Gallerie-$299

I own this mirror and I l.o.v.e. it! Pier One used to carry it but they don't have it anymore.  Z Gallerie carries one that is very similar, if not the same, but it is a bit pricey.

What is your favorite mirror?

P.S.-I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Wendy at The Shabby Nest for featuring my DIY Drum Shade today.  If you haven't seen it, you must check out her Spruced-Up Living Room.  So classic, inviting, warm, and comfortable looking!

  3. You had me at the first mirror. I've been eyeballing that one and similar ones for quite a while. Don't know why I haven't gotten it yet. ;) All of these are beautiful. The very last mirror, when you see it hung in the room, really just pops off the wall. Gorgeous.

So cool about your feature. It's no wonder! It IS pretty fantastical. ;) ;) ;) (Yes, triple smileys.)

    Have a wonderful weekend!

  7. Hi Jennifer. I am on the hunt for a quatrefoil mirror for my powder room update, so I was all over that mirror from Target! Sadly, I don't think it's large enough...but what a great price. I see that you're on the hunt for porthole mirrors. I don't have a resource, but you might be interested to see the easy peasy convex mirrors that I made using ceiling medallions and truck mirrors. They're kind of similar to a porthole mirror - the mirror part isn't as large.
