Welcome back to Day 2 in my Guest Post Series, My Favorite 5! Today we're arriving in Baltimore and attending this year's meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention. Doesn't that sound like a blast? It is, actually. So fun to meet up with friends that we don't see very often and enjoy a beautiful new city. And, I'm attending a Pastor's Wives luncheon today where we are privileged to hear from Priscilla Shirer. Love her! In addition, I get to meet another friend there face to face that I've become acquainted with through the blog. It's so exciting for internet friends to become real life friends!
Today, I have a real treat for you. Kim from Savvy Southern Style is here to share with us her 5 favorite posts. Kim has always been so gracious and kind to me and I just love everything she does to her gorgeous home and property! I'm sure if we every popped in for a surprise visit, we'd find her with a paintbrush in her hand. She achieves some of the most beautiful furniture finishes! So, enjoy hearing from Kim today.
Thank you so much, Jennifer for inviting me to guest post while you are vacationing. I sure hope you are having fun!
Hi y'all, I'm Kim from Savvy Southern Style where I blog about my home and the many changes that take place, some DIY (since I am constantly painting something it seems) and some gardening in the warmer months. Today we are looking at my five favorite posts. These were not so easy to pick out, but here they are.
1. I have lots of favorite projects and makeovers, but my Kitchen Island Cabinets is one of the easiest and best things I have ever done. Yes, I said easy! This is also the most pinned project of mine.
2. It isn't easy to get a good photo of this tight space, but I was thrilled with how the Powder Room finally had a farmhouse look to it after we added bead board wallpaper. Of course the decor has changed a bit since the reveal post.
3. This Chest In The Foyer that I painted more than once to achieve this final look is still a favorite of mine. You know it is if I haven't changed it again in the last four years.
4. This guest room doesn't look exactly like this anymore, but I loved adding Farmhouse Style to this room and love it more now with the Updates.
5. My Sun Room is my favorite room in my home among others and any time I post about it it becomes a new favorite post of mine. This is the latest look of the room.
There is so much more so if y'all are not familiar with my blog Savvy Southern Style I hope y'all will drop by for a visit. I also would love to have you join my weekly link party, Wow Us Wednesdays that starts on Tuesday nights.
Thanks again Jennifer for having me over and enjoy your vacation!
